The Independent National Electoral (INEC) is one of the powerful Organizations in Nigeria which was established in the year 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

The main function of INEC in located section 15, part 1 of the third schedule of the 1999 constitution and section 2 of the Electoral Act 2010

Requirements for INEC Online Registration

• You must be up to 18 years old to apply
• Registered Voters who had issues with the accreditation during the previous election can apply to have their Permanent Voters Card (PVC)
• If you had an issue with the accreditation during the previous election, you can also apply for a Permanent Voters Card (PVC)

• You can print yourself a hard copy after filling in your details.

• This portal is opened for people who have transferred their registrar or done any correction of names or other details

A – Z guidelines on how to Register and Apply for INEC Online Registration via INEC Portal
• Open your browser and visit https://cvr.inecnigeria.org

• Enter your correct names and other necessary documents

• After your registration you are to visit any INEC with your printed slip which you will present to them.

• Also make sure you visit any nearby LGAs, a biometric capture will be done after which you will get temporary voter cards.

• Make sure you visit any LGAs for biometric capture after which you will be given your temporary ID card.

NOTE: it’s wrong to register twice and Nigerians are warned against doing double registration as the system would detect that and such a person’s registration could be canceled, and sometimes liable to prosecute victims at the court and face the law.

Oga this is pure bullshit, I know of people who have up to seven PVC. How they did it is what I don't know. But my question is why the system is unable to detect them. And may I add that on election day they vote with all.
