I wouldnt rate him the best producer in Nigeria but more like the best upcoming producer in Nigeria at the moment, 

RAYCONEX also goes by the name RayX. He's the guy responsible for the beats of the full YUNG HANZ album which was a hit.

He also did the beat for the song Ozikpalor by BiggSplash featuring Durella.
