Yes they are right if they blame buhari, take the case of imo state, where a candidate from another party won, but apc with the influence of buhari and executive controlled Abuja supreme Court, enacted a kind of judgement unheard of in any constitutional democracy, a man the same supreme Court ruled in 2019 that he did not participate in an election, became a governor, without the supreme Court, setting aside their former ruling.
Result: 1) the last time most civil servants received their salary was prior to the departure of the people's candidate 2) the security of the state is in a state of comatose, even the governor is afraid of sleeping in the government house 3) the man's stand, is always against the stand of the people, he claimed to have voted for him. 4) Inciting statements from him escalated the security situation in the state, resulting in unwarranted killings, thus resulting in aggrieved youths destroying his country home.
So you see, the imposition by the ruling party is directly proportional to the misgovernance experienced by the governed.
