Unless there is a Big Bang and Nigeria disintegrates from the bang, Niger Delta Republic can never emerge from Nigeria.

By the way, what makes you believe that the too many ethnic groups in the Southsouth can agree to form Niger Delta Republic with Ijaw as majority tribe since you can’t join Biafra with Igbo as majority tribe?
