He told Ebonyians that he was building The state college of medicine, and he made capital of it to launder his public image. Upon completion he commissioned it as Ebonyi state college of medicine and received public applause. A month later he renames it to “David Umahi University”....talk about insulting the intelligence of the entire state.

Only a chronic megalomaniac renames a public institution after himself and his mom who was not even a state or public servant.
And the most annoying part is that these public facilities are built with state funds.
So for those asking what’s wrong with it, there you have it.

It is wrong to name a state university after the name of a serving governor, and in fact by the serving governor himself. Are we now practising a different kind of government. What is wrong with Nigerian leaders?

Not a bad project, but Oga Umahi has been falling my hand since this year. He has gone from 95% to 70% from my assessment result.


Oga of Lagos that was 30% before has jumped to 65%.


This is why you don't loose focus. It was just last year that the Oga of Lagos started taking his job serious, he is already making an impact. All because Oga umahi is busy with petty moves. I still think he is the best in terms of the ratio of the results achieved compared to the money allocated.

But your conflict management iq, is low. Maybe just one step above Oga Buhari. That is definitely in the F percentile. Oga Zulum is still the best conflict manager in Nigeria. I personally don't wish for a northerner to rule in this coming cycle. But Oga Zulum is a positive stand out.


Oga umahi, work on your people skills. Improve your conflict management skills. Nigeria is a chaotic place, and with the slow pace of development, uneasiness is wide spread; tribal and religious differences has increased exponentially. Especially with our bigoted national Oga. Do yourself a favor, try to be well rounded, to handle all or half or quarter of Nigeria, is not a joke. Improve yourself, so that the citizens can see you as a person of value. Why are you like this? He said it is morally wrong for a sitting gov to name a supposed state project after himself. If it is a project, it is better when he ceases to be state chief executive. Umahi has performed well and should not dent his record.

A lot. Sitting political office holders don't name government projects after themselves. They let their successors do that for them if necessary. It's morally wrong. Except the project is their private project which is still wrong.

You are absolutely correct. I don't know what is wrong with Nigeria political office holders. I need some clarification from Umahi. Does the university belong to Him or to the state?
