We are currently recruiting a Facility manager

Location : Eket, Akwa Ibom state

Responsibilities include:
Following up tenants for rent
Inspection of facilities
Help advertise vacant shops
Onboard new tenants for vacant houses and shops
Exit existing tenants as needed
Manage facilities

Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
