It’s believed that wearing a girdle offers excellent back support and this leads to better posture too.

Having a supportive girdle can reduce back pain from scoliosis (Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine) and reduce excess stress on the knees because of inappropriate posture.

With that said, what is actually a girdle? Can wearing girdle help lose weight?

A girdle is a common undergarment that is designed to help women look slimmer and have a more proportional shape when wearing outfits.

Girdles come in different sizes and colours, and they are comfortable to wear. Wearing a girdle offers excellent back support and this leads to better posture.

There is no two way around this shit. You want to loose weight?? Work on your diet and do exercise. Don't do junk foods and don't drink carbonated shits and alcohol. Take water.

You want to gain healthy weight(muscles)?? Hit the gym and lift heavy. Eat clean carbs and high protein. Drink water. Sleep well. There is no other way.

So wearing girdle can never help to loose weight.
