I bought a Lumia 1020 on November 06, 2013 and noticed the battery was not staying for long. On Sunday 17, I discovered the back of the phone was hot and that appeared to be draining the battery. I have returned it to where I bought it, but suspect they may be planning a repair. My expectation is a replacement as I do not know how the repair can be permanent. I had a bad experience with the charging point of N9 which Nokia place could not fix after three efforts.

I purchase lumia 520 just recently last week ago, but the problem is I cant surf on it, I was told that I have to used data bundle for me to been able to browse. and I dnt knw how to buy bundle on lumia phone I try normal but it desnt work. pls help with the prepared plan or any other alternative available. thank you

get a replacement- cuz there is short in the power mgt ic/chip? It cnt b repaird bcuz dia ar no available oem part for it,yet

ur c5 is due 4 servicing-after servicing-do factory restore-den finally update ur c5 sofware via- setting-general-device-sw update. Get upto 25mb and make sure u move all ur apps and contents to ur memory card b4 anytin.

I think you have to hard reset ur phone *#7370#.
Note: it wipe all your data in phone memory. Try back up.
