The doctors had to removed a significant portion of his skull and brain to save his life thus, he became the man with literally with half brain.

Despite losing a large portion of his brain he later retains most of his mental functions and do pretty much what a full headed man and brain can do. The reason behind this is “brain plasticity” or neuroplasticity ” the ability of the brain to modify its connection or re-wire itself.

In spite of the mishap, Carlos half brain refused to throw in the sponge, he was arrested arson and first degree attempted murder charges after he set his mattress on fire in his duplex with two neighbors inside simultaneously.

He was subsequently arrested again for alleged soliciting a prostitute.
