My wife's cousin that even comes around once a while is not something I am comfortable with due to the kind of words she speak, her social media status and some of her attitudes.

All these points are carried. These are mere guidelines and definitely not built in stone. Be sentimental and argue away the gift of wokeness and being able to take heed, at the expense of your female child's physical and mental wellness.
I don't even understand why people argue about everything. Even the ones that don't have any child, would want to have an opinion. Everything must not be consumed by everybody. Endeavor to master the art of waka pass, for whenever you can't relate to simple suggestions.

A man who can sleep with her daughter if her mother is no more with him, can also do it as well, right under the roof if they are together.

The most factor that make daughter to be easily prey to sexually predators was not mentioned by OP.......dressing half naked
