A Nigerian man, Chief Ugochukwu Okoro, who is an Igbo Community leader staged a one man protest at MSC office in Toronto, Canada over his containers that were been held by the shipping company.

During the protest which he streamed live, he accused MSC of exploiting Nigerians doing business with them.

Okoro, who stormed the MSC office in Toronto said he had been coming to the office to complain for the past two months but has always been told that the issue will be resolved which never happened.

His decision to go live during his protest got the attention of senior managers in the company . Okoro accused the shipping company of exploiting Nigerian shippers by making them pay bribes and other unknown bills before releasing their containers. He said that MSC office in Nigeria are exploiting loopholes in government non supervisory role in ports to exploit Nigerian shippers.

Management of the MSC contacted Toronto Police who later had a discussion with the protester.

The live streaming of the protest has gone viral with so many commentators sharing what Nigerian shippers go through in the hands of MSC.

See courage but a working country with legal system gave him an answer

Over here the whole southerners protest yet bloodshed was the answer and weyrey in disguise was the coded language

Respect to Canada for even answering him

In Nigeria one man protest will be seen as a mad man

Well, he is lucky he is in a place where the system works. Whereas in a West African country like that, workers protesting against inhumane working conditions from foreigners (Chinese and Lebanese especially) would have been dealt with in a ......... they under.........
I hope the issue is resolved for him and others though.

These people again.

Am not hating on the guy....far from it, but only wondering why the Igbo business man with all his business acumen seems to have problems everywhere he goes; from lagos, to Ghana, to joburg, to malaysia and now in Canada...why always them.

Typical black man. I really pity you. Continue hating on your fellow blacks.

With all the protesting he was later escorted from the premises by the police. You can't mess with multinationals especially if you're a reactionary nigger.

Management of the MSC contacted Toronto Police who later had a discussion with the protester.

People quoting me should understand that I am in no way in support of the actions of the multinational. But the point am trying to make is that igbos should learn how to be more diplomatic and cunning in getting justice, despite all his shouting and recording of video he still probably didn't achieve anything and was escorted out of the premises by the police.

Wisdom at play here. If they choose to make the inner dealings dirty, they should be exposed. No one is fit to be exploited.

Who would love to adopt an alligator and raise it as a pet.

There is a young alligator living at our backyard, but it is killing our chickens, so i want to get rid of it.

It is still young and beautiful, and i don't want to kill it, i can catch it life for you to rear if you need it, although they are quite expensive to rear.
