Penguin2:I have always believed that some states in north will never support the opinion of the core north. And southern leaders are suppose to use that opportunity to achieve a lot for the southern region because in the long run it will benefit north central states. 1 Like |

dmbb: Tribal bigots are Nigeria's biggest problem and I hope you aren't one as it were The south is the Gold and diamond of Nigeria.... The north is a myopic parasite. Unschooled Southerners have no clue about this truthful reality. |

authority2006: You deserve no attention and just so you don't remotely feel any importance as it were, the "population" you said the north has is a propaganda same as the one Buhari projected 2014. Nigeria census must always be doctored by northerners....... Mind you, uncountable numbers of Southerners intentionally refuse to be enumerated during national census but same can not be said of the north. During elections proper: child voting is a recurrent decimal in the north.... All to push the myopic mantra of population superiority...... Of a truth, you guys are very 'stupid'. Demographically, there's no nation on earth were the north are usually more populated than the south and Nigeria is not an exception. Almajiri as it were has it objectives in population explotion, where children with no future are procreated just for politically induced insanity. You sound like an almajiri.....bye |

Monogamy: I foresee one region in the south breaking away from southern governors agreement, aligning with the north to keep power up north. Well if the southern governors things is meant to achieve a sectional aim, SE are free to pull out. The North are master in politics. They will win at the end of the day. Watch.... |

Penguin2: Never trust those people. Even in the south there are those that are ready to sellout because of their stomachs. Even if the North agree to a southern President, the issue between Tinubu SW and someone from the East being president is enough for the north to capitalise on. We are so fvcked down south and we don't even know it. Once we can't stand as one we are deceiving ourselves. See Ayade. 1 Like |

kalu61: It should be zoned to SE? That's why the poster you responded to made the comment he did. You Igbos are arrogant, unreasonable and clannish noisemakers who will always cause problems of disunity for the South. No Igboman can win a presidential election in 2023. 100% fact and any sensible person would accept that reality except Igbos who will always have the attitude 'if it is not Igbo then let aboki rule forever'. You lot are irredeemable troublemakers and the South will do well to plan for your betrayal especally with the current crop of unprincipled charlatans and 'anywhere belle face' goons you parade as Governors. 1 Like 1 Share |

Okwyjesus: The SE will definitely do that. As it is, virtually all their governors will move to the APC shortly to play spoiler to the ambition of the South to produce the President. As per your conclusion, the North won't win anything. The only thing constant in life is change. There are many instances where a win can actually be a loss. Look at the battle lines drawn today to know the South, especially the SW, is fed up of the North and unwilling to carry on in Nigeria as things are. The North scheming to retain power in 2023 will only send the wrong signals about the equitable existence of Nigeria. It will only show that the North is happy to enslave other Nigerians and treat them as second class perpetually when those other Nigerians are far more productive and contribute a lot more to Nigeria than Northerners do. Consequences of that North 'win' will lead on to a seismic loss for the region. |

OneTemplate:We are all hypocrite but some are more than the others. Southern Governors forum took a position on national issue but he obsession with SE led to now divide the Southern Governors into two. One belonging to SW and SS, and the SE who he termed Sabo. No region can win president election alone be it SW, SS or North. Get that into your skull. Well, that's what you guys are paid for or the traffic. Bye |

NairaMaster1: They are. I don't even know the use of SE Governors to their people. This is why I consider Igbos to be a people who lack direction and focus. They have it so bad at home, with totally worthless leadership that is the worst in Nigeria, yet outsiders are their biggest problem and priority. |

If the North is fair which I think they are they know it’s the turn for the south and the south should be given the preference and chance. It’s simple. The south just needs to carry them along. |

All ethnic group in Nigeria is selfish, wicked and self serving. If they know there is hope for them to clinch the presidential ticket, they will throw their own people under the bus and betray their region and the general south. The Yoruba did it in 2015, thinking that it will be an automatic ticket for their son Tinubu or Osibanjo to be president. At a time both the Yoruba and the Hausa-Fulanis' were on the same page, singing the same song. They did not see anything bad with PMB even toward the Agatu massacre. They started crying when the monster they once rode on throw them over and started consuming them. Then the Igbos have started showing their trait.Thinking that they will be given the presidential ticket under APC, if they can help silence & destroy IPOB. They allowed the military to invade the East and kill innocent people (Something that you can never chatch a northern governor do).At the same time, they looked the other way when headsmen were raping, maiming and killers their own people. Now they try as much as possible to abstain from any of this recent southern meeting in order avoid spoiling their chances of being granted the presidential ticket. The South South are the same too ..If they know one of thier sons will be given the presidential ticket, they will start singing a different language and forget their resource control struggle. we are all selfish and wicked toward one another. This is why it is easy for the Hausa -Fulanis to easily divide us and rule over us becos we are too greedy to see beyond our stomach. They may be called illiterate but they are way smarter than us 1 Like |
