Just as it happened in the thread above, where the Nigeria army laid siege to a village in Delta state after hoodlums killed some soldiers

Now that bandits have killed an army general in Abaji, will the Nigerian Army organize their men and lay siege on the village till the bandits are rooted out.

Or it's only in the south that such things can be done.

No they won't, the bandits are business people, they are only doing it for money. Even if bandits kill all the generals , they won't do anything to them because they are business men looking for money

Even their chief of army staff that died like fowl in the north if it had happened in the south they would lock down that state to ascertain if it was a murder case

I remember when the Nigerian army established a base in shiroro village Niger state. The base came under attack by bandits 3 different times in two weeks and the army suffered some casualties. Next things was for the army to withdrew it's men and close down the base. On a normal, this withdrawal would be followed by a more tactical and organize force to go after the Bandits and root them out. But for where, that was how the army ran away and ceded defeat to the bandits.

If it were to be in South, the will attack the village and start burning houses of civilians.

The people fighting to keep Nigeria together are not being impelled by their patriotism, they're simply protecting their source of income.

From politicians down to BMCs. The reason they hit on South, especially South East is just to subdue them because should east separate, Nigeria will cease to exist and that means no access to South South oil.

The real fools are southern one Nigerianists.

ObadiahMal:

Let me make some revelations because some of us also have our own intelligence networks. I have met with some of the bandits, we have met with some of their high commanders. One or two who have repented. They have sat down with us, not once, not twice.

They told us that one of the northern governors is the commander of Boko Haram in Nigeria. Boko Haram and the Bandits are one and the same thing. They have a sophisticated network. during this lockdown their Planes were moving up and down as though there was no lock down. Moving ammunition, money, logistics and distributing them in different part of the country. They are already in the south. In the rain forest of the south. They are everywhere. They told us that when they finish this rural killings, they will move to phase 2.

In the Phase 2, they will go into the urban cities, going from house to house killing prominent people. I can tell you, this is the game plan. By 2022, they want to start a civil war in Nigeria. Don't joke with what I am saying you. I have a PHD from Oxford university. I am a central banker, we don't talk nonsense. So don't joke with what I am telling you. --- Obadiah Mailafia

Firstly Nigeria is a shame to herself loosing generals in home soil while not at war with any foreign adversary. It begs the question in the capability of the military other than show of force.

Secondly the country operates two laws; a more lenient and free grip on the North and a stiff marshal law in the South under the cover of democracy.

Finally this is a family matter, no need to comment sef.

That's why Joe Igbokwe's family disowned him. He is a waste. May what happened to this general happen to Igbokwe. May the business men catch up with him and send him to hell.

Has the Army ever locked down an highway in any part of Nigeria despite the activities of Fulani terrorist herdsmen, terrorist bandits, or terrorist IPOB/ESN/UGM?

You think I have regard for any set of terrorists?

I am a Muslim because you said so, or because I oppose the terrorist hunchback who is now chained to the floor in a DSS cell and begging for the luxury of an overcrowded prison?

What binds every terrorist together is their self imposition of their minority will on the majority, with threats of violence to enforce false loyalty.
