Yahoo News carries this breaking news story about a herd of Nigerian goats that were allowed to run amok in a New York park, for the purpose of eating weeds and thereby saving budget allocations for park maintenance.

Pellow Kwantiri-Men, this use of Nigerian goats to solve foreign problems has been carried out WITHOUT the permission of the Nigerian embassy, and without the knowledge of the Nigerian people, whose goats were secretly flown to New York without any compensation and royalties being paid to the Nigerian treasury.

Join me in writing an urgent petition to the New York Governor and City Mayor, compelling them to do the needful by PAYING for the gardening services of our Nigerian goats, who are all currently engaged as unpaid SLAVES in The Big Apple.

The following link leads to a US breeder of Nigerian Pygmy Goats who sells them between USD $500 each (250K naira per goat), and as much as USD $850 ( 425K naira per goat), using the current parallel market exchange rate of 500 naira to one US dollar. Those same goats sell for 15K naira in Nigeria, so it is not an exaggeration to say that Nigerian goats whose ancestors "relocated abroad" have become prized status symbols among American pet owners.
