It's interesting that no one sees the absurdity of begging for "collaboration" on mining with South Korea, a country which has managed to pull itself up from destitution and the ruins of war to first world status, all without having any mineral or natural resources to fall on. You'd think the key thing to learn here is that human capital and strong, predictable institutions are more important than the mineral and energy resources Nigerians like to claim we are so "blessed" with, but this is Nigeria after all, where the great mass of even the "educated" politicians seem unable to use their brain cells to much purpose other than embezzling, vote rigging and other such nonsense.
