The former Speaker and former Acting Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Pst. Prince Sam Obi was laid to rest in his home town at Uteh Okpu Community, Ika North East Local government Area, Delta State. Late Sam died on the the 3rd of April, 2021 just twelve days to his 59th birthday. He was a very intelligent, eloquent, amiable and nice person. He was an astute politician, a philanthropist and loved God. May his soul rest in peace.

I remember how the mistake called Uduaghan was bitter and gave you some problems especially when he couldn't have access to State funds, but you stood your ground.


Rest well Pastor Sam Obi, you don try.
