APC won. The courts awarded it to PDP. If Mahdi goes to Court with the SC judgment awarding victory to PDP, it is not sure for Mattawale. It is dicey. Mattawale and Apc have that fear that Mahdi can do that, that's why they want him out.

With this judgment, Mattawale and Co know that there will be reprisal attack from Mahdi. The problem they have is that Mahdi is Gen. Gusau's son and Gusau has contacts both within PDP and within Apc.
