Most times they considered quantity and not quality in some of these rankings. But trust me Egyptian military is very strong too. They have almost everything. the usa would most probably sanction china and would also propagate a worldwide media outrage against china too.probably sell some of their less important military hardwares to taiwan,but that is where at all ends,only people who are naive in international politics will even think the usa will go into a direct military conflict with china over taiwan.
