Surely, now that southern Nigerian governors have FINALLY banned free-roaming cattle from their respective states, it is high time that this laudable cattle ranching idea conceived a half-century ago is revisited so that all those invading terrorist cattle herders from Chad, Niger and Mali currently destroying southern Nigeria's farm crops like swarming vermin, can be free to seek gainful employment in northern Nigeria's new fenced-in cattle ranches.
