Igboho tried to travel out of Benin republic with Benin passport, where did he got it from?.
That is called " crime against the state " anywhere in the world.
The only way out for him is for the Nigerian government to step in and extradite him into the country, provided Benin government are willing to release him to the government.
Or else he will be served fair justice which is the normal 22 years jail term.
