This is lengthy but please read

A young pal (24) of mine is having a bit of a
confusion on a certain decision to take in his up and growing business.

The story:He started a pos business in school and within a short period of time, he's been doing great for himself,he even has had two people working for him,that he had paid 15 and 18k respectively across two diff months before..Well fast forward,he recently acquired a shop at a very good spot from a friend that needed the funds for travel purpose..He paid some stupid money for the place ( stupid in the sense that the amount ran into a hundred thousand)..But he's optimistic that he'll get back his money in some few months,if he pushes hard..

The problem 1: He got a girl and on her first day she lost 2k.(she did 150 instead of 1050 twice) and gave each customer #1000..He was angry but only cautioned and explained to the girl the diff btw both amounts and to be more careful next time..Today he said the girl sent #50500, instead of #5500 to another customer that wanted to deposit money, luckily he was around and met the customer and they tried to resolve the issue but the recipient was denying she only saw #5500 only,he had a friend in CS at the recipients bank to help check and the CS person confirmed the money came in..The customer that came to deposit the money has told him to be patient,let her in-laws (the recipient) go tomorrow and confirm at the bank,if she sees it, she'll send it back..

Problem 2: Now with this pending issue, he's confuse cos the girl said she innocently made the mistake and as she realised she quickly cancelled not knowing that the transaction was successful as soon as she entered her transfer code,then she did it correctly prompting both sum to leave her acc without her knowledge.

He wants to let the girl go for fear of not knowing what the next problem will be if he luckily resolves this one and also this is a young girl that's struggling to fend for herself legitly instead of going the worldly way to help herself..

Please advise,if he should let go or maybe give her second abi third chance this time lol

as she is still in testing period, he should let her go ASAP, as she has shown from the get go that she is making too many BASIC MISTAKES:

He can,but he now has two shops to manage,so has to be going both places to give them money, coupled with his going to lectures and all

I don't understand you

I don't get it.. If someone will put you in trouble, you let her go na and get someone else

if he doesnt find a PROPER person to handle the shop then he can either lock it until he finds someone or do it himself....but working with incompetent people is a way bigger headache than running between two shops by himself.
