Available Position: Technical Facility Manager:

Locations: Lagos and Abuja

Job description: the successful candidates will be responsible for
a. The supervision of all cleaning staffs focusing on their performance in terms of Standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty
b. Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the buildings
c. Reviewing work schedules
d. Ordering of cleaning materials
e. Monitoring of all cleaning activities
f. Ensuring all staffs are aware of the health and safety Policies and Procedures

Qualification: 2-3 years experiences in similar role.
Bachelor’s degree/HND/ND in any related Courses.
Have demonstrated managerial, administrative, and professional Competence in work performance and exhibited a thorough understanding of national goals, policies, objectives, and ability to relate them to proper management of the reporting system customized to a professional environment with diversity focus.

Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 Naira Monthly
