Available Position: Executive Assistance:

Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance such as
1. writing and editing e-mails, drafting, memos and preparing communications on the executive behalf.
2. Maintaining Comprehensive and accurate records.
3. Performing Minor accounting duties.
4. Organizing meeting, including scheduling, Sending Reminder.
5. Answering phone calls in a polite and professional Manner.
6. Welcoming Visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit.
7. Managing the executive calendar including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Qualification: 2-3 years experiences in similar role.
Bachelor’s degree/HND/ND in any Related Course related Courses.
 Excellent MS Office knowledge
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Discretion and confidentiality

Location: Abuja

Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 Naira Monthly
