Pls am planning on moving to cyprus by sept but I already applied to university of technology Limassol with the help of a distance person but haven't gotten an offer yet and I want to apply to Fredrick university now by my self but have zero knowledge on how to do so. I just downloaded their PDF doc form now. But don't know how to upload my docs to the university

Then secondly I also heard south cyprus has now mandated English language proficiency for all international students outside eu how true is this cus I have already registered?

Everything is on their site o however contacting them through their email will solve your problems as you will be dealing with them directly without any third party and not giving room for confusion or misleading directives
