He won two LaLiga titles and four Champions League trophies in his time at Real Madrid and became the club's all time highest scorer with 451 goals in 438 appearances. Ronaldo made his debut for the club on August 29, 2009, in the La Liga opener against Deportivo La Coruna. It was a dream debut for the former Manchester United player as he scored a goal from the penalty spot, with the club beginning their campaign on a winning note with a 3-2 win over Deportivo. The other goalscorers were Raul Gonzalez and Lassana Diarra. |
