The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has constant Friday, August 6, 2021, for 18,000 applicants who neglected the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to retake the exam

The board stated the exam will take location in a few pick out places throughout the country.

JAMB’s Head of Media, Fabian Benjamin, introduced this in a declaration the day gone by in Abuja.

The declaration stated the 18,000 applicants for the exam have been being notified thru textual content messages on their detailed telecellsmartphone numbers and their JAMB profiles.

It directed the affected applicants to print clean exam notification slips containing the venue and time of the exam from JAMB’s internet site from August 1.

“Following an in depth research and cautious evaluation of the highly-a success 2021 UTME, and with due consultation (ensuing in gracious concession) with the National Examination Council (NECO) regarding the timetable of the council’s ongoing SSCE, JAMB has scheduled a mop-up UTME for Friday, August 6, 2021, in a few decided on places throughout the nation.

“About 18,000 applicants slated for the exam are being notified thru each textual content messages on their detailed telecellsmartphone numbers and their JAMB profiles.

“In addition, the candidate can check, the use of their registration number, on http://www.jamb.gov.ng/2021mopup.

For the avoidance of doubt, no candidate, whose end result has been duly released, may be rescheduled for some other exam, opposite to the backed faux information being circulated at the social (and few mischievous conventional) media,” the declaration stated.
