There Is No God! by Nobody: 9:52am On May 15, 2011 |
Some say there is no God, And others say no FATE. My friend who is a scientist, My love who is an atheist. Bothering the heart with 'how', That you don't get the 'why'. But I am plain and simple, And do not care for riddles. Just go and count the stars, And come and tell their number. Just travel through the past, Or swim ahead of time. Just tell me how you are here, And how this all began. Or go beyond the Milky, And land in Andromeda. The dreams that you dream, How come you cannot touch. The fear of the unknown, How come it grips your heart. Speaking of infinites, Yet you don't live forever. And when you are asleep, Does FATE decide your fate? Seeking so hard for control, For fear that you are controlled. Bothering the heart with 'how', That you don't get the 'why'. But I am plain and simple, Yet complex is this riddle. Hennessy |
