Lagos growth cannot be attributed to Tinubu's Governance of Lagos. In fact, a former capital of an oil producing country for about 30years should do better than Lagos is today.
If you've been to other developing cities in Africa, you would understand why some people say Lagos is a mess! Chaos everywhere starting from the point of entry (Airport).
