Please let's be honest. I am from the south south. The reason the oil compaines moved to Lagos was due to insecurity. Was it not their oyibo workers that were being kidnapped a few years ago. Expansion of roads to 8, 10 lanes sometimes would be better than building flyover.
Governors don't like expansion of roads because they will pay for buildings in right of way demolished
