The corruption rabbit hole is endemic and this latest confession by Mompha that he was tipped off by some EFCC agents to maintain a low profile is alarming. It shows from the top to bottom corruption has taken over every agency in the country. The officers that tipped him feared if he got picked up by the FBI and extradited to USA, he will reveal all the corrupt law enforcement agents on his payroll and possibly politicians he helped launder money for through his BDC..
