How are your symptoms coming along? I just remembered that thread, and can't find it. Mine are largely reduced. Let's say 80% back to normalcy.

Same with me. Had to do a lot of things and supplements. But the say 10 to 20% remaining is crucial.

Yeah, that 20% is a lot of sensory things going unnoticed. And they turn out to be important things to be able to detect.

I changed locations and it helped.

Complete recovery to us.

I don't know if I should say sensory related is good, mine is cardiovascular related. I think it has a lot to do with my stored energy. Example, I went up the stairs 2 days and was out of energy and a little short of breath. Before, I would be out of both.

You're getting fit. Lol.

The lung related issues cleared up fast. It's the sensory ones that have been persistent. I believe it will clear up with more vitamin C.

Wishing you a speedier recovery. Check with your doctor before you begin doing strenuous movement, if it's cardiovascular.

I became tired of doctors when the last one told me it was all in my head. I started taking things into my own hands. This has been my routine.

1. Intermittent Fasting. Eating twice a day.
2. Prolong fasting sometimes. (I use to have breathing issues whenever I take carbs, a very serious one like this. I noticed these resolved my carbs intolerance issues)
3. Supplement B1. It resolved what I thought was asthma. I no longer have the breathing problems.
4. Supplements Vit E. It resolved my post exertion malaise. At first I use H1 blocker (loratidine) but I didn't have long term benefit until I learn about Vit E, which also have blood thinning properties.
5. Cod liver oil. I recently started this and it's very helpful for my inflammation problems especially around the throat. Now I can wear round neck polo, I still have discomfort but it's better than since April 12, 2020.

My future plan is higher doses of Vit D3 (20000iu) for the inflammation. I have ordered magnesium supplements. I'm also planning potassium.

All in all, it's a battle and a huge learning curve.

I thought I'm the only one who doctors have gaslighted like this. When it began they were understanding, but once it got past 2 months this was their default reasoning.

1. Intermittent Fasting. Eating twice a day.
2. Prolong fasting sometimes. (I use to have breathing issues whenever I take carbs, a very serious one like this. I noticed these resolved my carbs intolerance issues)
Didn't occur to me that some malaise could actually be due to this. Are you gluten intolerant?

I didn't notice much on taking vitamins, especially E. I stopped talking it after a while. Even tried primrose. Decided to eat more oily fish and forget about extra vitamins.

5. Cod liver oil. I recently started this and it's very helpful for my inflammation problems especially around the throat. Now I can wear round neck polo, I still have discomfort but it's better than since April 12, 2020.

This is it. I've learned to become my own doctor. See what works for me. The experience has been humbling all the same. Some things money cannot help with. Terrible experience.

Do you plan on replacing most of these medications with green stuff? Because that's what I began doing. Except for vitamin C, I decided to get what I need from plants. Overall, better blood and I feel healthier too.

Well, I don't know how to go about this green stuff you are talking about. But I still have more plans going forward.

Going vegetarian. It's worked for me more than taking supplements. You should try it by replacing some of your vitamins with plants that are high in those things.

Your problem can be described as one of post-COVID syndrom.

You may or may not have manifested covid symptoms before.

The diagnosis is not easy to make
and this makes the patients to not get the proper treatment. To make it worse there is no specific treatment for post COVID syndrom or long covid as it is called.

Post COVID syndrom is as real as covid19 infections. The statistics is still piling up as more and more young persons are getting sick with it. When it attacks the elderly it will be looked at as age related and it only becomes alarming when young and middle age people are affected.

We have personal interest in post- COVID syndrom cases as we have the most effective modality to treat it.

These patients recover very well with hyperbaric oxygen therapy -hbot and you can find out yourself.
