Many times, we hear a sad news, a brief illness, a heart attack, a kidney disease, cancer.... suddenly.....gone too soon
We mourn and mourn, but then we "move".
Nobody talks about regular health checkups, we are not informed about how illnesses and diseases can be cured, treated or managed if discovered early. Everyone resorts to "we will all die one day" True but let us learn to take care ourselves. What good is it to die a death that could have been avoided?
Are we that nonchalant in Nigeria?
How often do you visit the hospital for a checkup? Let's hear you
