People have problem with fulani herdmen, even in the North, they are doing everything to eliminate the criminal ones among them. Fulani are not the most hated tribe in Nigeria, you should know answer to this already.

Yes but ibos started feeling like they own the states.....even ibos wont sit by and allow outsiders to ride them...When northerners started going to school and became qualified its only natural and politically correct to place them in the civil service....which caused resentments from ibos and rightly so....they were openly jubilating Ahmadu bellos death IN THE NORTH....coupled with the fact that NO SINGLE IBO POLITICAL LEADER WAS KILLED IN 1966......If all these happened to ibos they will feel exactly the same way other are feeling about the ibos now

You don't understand the true definition of victims. The Nigeria-Biafra War and its after effects is the foundation of the political and economic marginalization Ndigbo in Nigeria and the root cause of Nigeria being a FAILED STATE which is affecting everybody - including the regions and ethnic groups that fought against Biafra.

Articulating these grievances is not playing victim but stating reality. The average Igbo man is not asking for handout or special treatment.
