1. Graphics/Creative Artist.

Responsibilities
- Liaising with marketing team to discuss the job requirements.
- Interpreting the company's business needs and developing a creative concept to suit their design.
- Working with a wide range of media, including FreeHand, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, 3D Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver, Corel draw.
- Obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
- Preparing final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Estimating the time required to complete the job and ensuring deadlines are met
- Presenting finalized design and concepts to the marketing team and making any amendment if necessary
- Working as part of a team with printers, illustrators, social media officer, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists


Requirements
-Excellent knowledge of graphics design using various application softwares with 2 – 4years working experience in creative Graphics designs
-Knowledge the creative suite and highly creative
-Must reside around Ogba, Ikeja, Berger, Maryland and environs.
-Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage.

2. Data Collection Officers

Responsibilities
- Collection data of estate agents in the Local Government/LCDA of residence.
- Submission of all data collected to the office at the end of the week.
- Work at own pace but diligently.

Requirements
-Excellent knowledge of the geography of the Local Government or LCDA of residence.
- Ability to identify Estate Agents and interpersonal skills to get them to register their businesses with Property Question.
- Strong and agile.
-Ability to read and write.
- SSCE is the minimum educational requirement.

3.Business Development Officers

Responsibilities
Expanding the company's business by closing sales for their properties in Lagos for a percentage of the closed deals.

Requirements
Applicant should possess a minimum of B.Sc,HND or OND qualification.
Good communication skill.
Excellent interpersonal skills skill.
Highly Initiative and creative
Excellent organizational skills.
Proactive and highly persuasive.
Target oriented.
