Barca and messi already had an agreement to renew but the la liga salary cap made it impossible, d la liga offered barca €275m from the €2.7bn cvc investment, wch means barca wld hv €40.5m to buy players and raise der salary cap by 15%..... But barca had to give up the digital rights to cvc for 50 yrs.... Dat sounds like a good deal on paper but in the long term Barcelona stands to loose excess of €800m and it wld prevent d "super league" dream as there is an "anti super league clause" Madrid is also against d loan too for same reason.... So consequently, messi can't be registered as a barca player.... In summary la liga is offering to get messi to stay in other to forgo d super league dream.....
