He said Nigerians agree with one Nigeria; he also said that Nigerians are agitating for new countries from Nigeria.

In other words, Nigerians, according to IBB’s perception, are Arewa northern Nigerians . Arewa does not agitate for secession. Agitations for secession are in all the other Nigerian groups except Arewa.

The same way yorubas have been complicit in denying an Igbo man presidency since 1970s. The yoruba propaganda against IBB was only thickened because yorubas had media monopoly as at then.

They pretended they hated ex-military presidents, who could have know that 'sophiscated, literate' yoruba would have voted an ex-military hardliner douchebag like buhari with all the noise they made against IBB and the military in the 90s and early 2000s? They prolly loved buhari because he was clearly anti-Igbo and felt he was coming to cleanse the Igbos out of power and give their slots to the yorubas, since 'abokey no go school'. Who is getting shocked today by buhari's pro-fulani ultra-ethnocentrism? grin
