We all know that Akwa Ibom State is very beautiful but they still have housing problem so my advice is that Uyo have enough land so the State Government should build house and give it to Akwa Ibom people for free, like for example the Uyo. Central district you know the Government cannot demolish houses instead we have places in Uyo where people don"t live so Government can build beautiful houses for the people to vacate that Uyo central district, the government can now build mixture of residential and office complex to make it a mega city

And secondly Ibeno local Government and Ikot Abasi have the natural requirements to developed those places, like building tall sky scrapper facing the Ocean

Lazy mentality.. this is how Africans believe that Yahweh/Allah will build heaven/paradise and give to them for free.. z

Aba is solving it's housing needs. The no of 4,5,6 storey buildings I saw recently was crazy without govt supportoo. All private ppties.Im sure they'd do more if not for electricity n govt restrictions.

You ppl shouldn't depend on oil alone and political handouts, take advantage of your proximity to Abia and diversify.
