No personal judgment... GOD is the Judge and Justifier of men! (Psalm 75:7, Romans 3:26)... but for the record:

There is only One HOLY FATHER GOD in Heaven!

Are we to assume and/or confer upon men - titles that either only GOD can truly bestow on a person through Himself in the Person of the Lord JESUS, The CHRIST (that is, "holy" )... or that only GOD declares for Himself in the Holy Bible? (that is, "Holy Father" ).

A number of "denominations" can, perhaps, understand this question.

"Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are." - John 17:11

"For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, With him who has a contrite and humble spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of the contrite ones." - Isaiah 57:15

"He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name." - Psalm 111:9

Only GOD can truly cleanse a person in His holy eyesight (Ezekiel 36:25, Ephesians 5:26, Matthew 19:25-27), and thus makes one "holy" in Himself.

Examples of said "titles"? - "holy father", "father ", "reverend father", "daddy" etc, etc...

"Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven." - Matthew 23:9

Can one not show clergy appropriate respect without conferring titles that are contrary to GOD's holy word?

Let us also not forget that Jesus Christ did say that He alone is Teacher and Master to all those who belong to Him. So in showing your "respect" to those you install as clergy over yourselves, be sure you are also aware of this

But you are not to be called rabbi, for you have one teacher , and you are all brothers 9 And call no man your father on earth, for you have one Father, who is in heaven. Neither be called instructors, for you have one instructor, the Christ.- Matthew 23 vs 8- 10.
