Mr. Okorocha is a thief and a LOOTER, who looted the state treasury while he was the governor of his state. In Imo state, there a no good roads, no electricity, no good hospital, no clean water but yet this numbskull has the temerity to build a UNIVERSITY with the money he LOOTED from his people. The people of his state need to hunt him down and give him the treatment that he really deserves. He's KISSING FULANI ASS trying to avoid being hurled in by the EEFC for his crimes against his people. This ass licking would NEVER save him from prosecution.
