Qualifications & Skill Requirements

-Minimum of four (4) years experience in a Senior HR management role preferably in the financial sector
- Candidate must be a female

-Membership of HR Professional Institute
-Being an indigene of Lagos State is an advantage

-Candidates with MFB experience is an advantage Competences

Required for the Job e.g: - Periodic Training and Recruitment of competent Staff - Sound Performance appraisal and staff evaluation skills
-Sound knowledge of Labour Laws - Payroll Management - Facility Management - Stake holders Management - Interventions Design

Salary NGN250,000 - NGN300,000 / Month
