When it was happening to common Nigerians, the officials ignored. Now it is happening to them, only to be celebrating an apology. Nigeria..... Everything is FEAR! |

A serious government will immediately recall it's reps in that country and terminates it's relationship. That would send a strong message to other nations that our country doesn't joke with it's citizens. 2 Likes |

“The Ambassador explained what he understood happened and apologised unreservedly on behalf of the Government of Indonesia. The Nigerian Government has sent an official protest to the Government of Indonesia.” Apologies ?? . . . And that's it ??

ridley: I really don’t understand you. So you took time and created a YouTube channel to be uploading videos of African ladies who have no achievements whatsoever, just because they have hips, ass and bweast?? Your channel would not grow with this kind of content. Do something educational, creative or technical. Take a cue from the YouTube channel “HomeTeam History”, he has quality content about the real African Queens, not the likes of what you are uploading. 2 Likes |

Comedian2019:Can Nigeria really afford to do that? If it degenerates to a tit-for-tat and they impose their sanction on us, no more indomie for us be that. And though I don't eat it and maybe you don't too, but it's like one of the cheapest food in the market lol. Many poor Nigerians in the city especially will go to bed hungry as other noodle makers will inflate the price of theirs. Nigerian government might have considered the repercussions of a clash and just let the whole thing slide. The message is clear: INDONESIA NO SEND US. |

helinuesIsaMumu: You wouldn’t close their embassy; you'd call their Ambassador for questioning at Aso Rock and during this meeting assurances sort that officials involved are dismissed at least. Incidentally we need to get away from these simple victim-centred positions that eventually and unwittingly place our antagonists abroad above us. This happens whenever maltreatment of Nigerians abroad automatically cast aspersions at Nigeria and not the perpetrators. For instance, you called Nigeria Zoo but had nothing to say about the more deserving ZOO-like behaviour of the Indonesians. Had roles been reversed, and Nigerian police had maltreated an Indonesian diplomat in Nigeria, you and others would rightly castigate the Nigeria police and call Nigeria primitive and so on. Why not do same with Indonesia at this point? Stop showing these primitive races abroad respect, they are not deserving. This is why I’m not too concerned about Nigerian youths misbehaving in places like Dubai, none of these Nations abroad deserve especial respect. |

Stephenszego2: A country that sends the army to shot, kill, and hide bodies of it's unarmed citizens for just for protesting. Kidnap a man of another nationality for speaking the truth, fund terrorists and terrorism back to back. Why will other country take you seriously? Go to Chinese prisons, Nigerians are languishing there and their organs harvested by the Chinese authorities. That's what you get when you dispise your own. Karma is indeed a bitch. Una never see anything! |
