Before this incedence western Govt was saying that Putin is the verge of changing Russian constitution to allow him go for third term as Russian president,which they say was against Russian constitution. Now they British Govt seeked for the extradiction of a Russian citizen to UK to come and face trial on Murder case which Russia cartigorically told them that it is against their constitution to extradict their citizen to a foriegn country. Please my fellow forumites if Putin cannot change the constitution to elongate his tenure can he change the same constitution to please British govt by extradicting Lugovoy. At the same time Russia had seeked the extradiction of 21 russians leaving in UK which the govt of UK denied them. Your contribution to this topic will be highly welcomed.
