So basically psg value semedo to be worth around 50m or thereabout but barca are not willing to part with semedo because the management value him to be more than that

What is slowing this deal now is thag psg need semedo and coutinho + 50m or barca pay the full 222m cash which barca are not willing to pay and can't possibly afford to pay
