Hi I think you should find answers to your questions or worries, which will assist you in deciding on what to do.. When you went for the interview, did you make contacts with anybody to have an idea as to their job security, staff treatment and all? If you don't meet the target, what happens? You really need to know. Most companies have avenues you can use to tactfully ask questions. You still have about a month or 2 to make your findings and reach a conclusion.
