aribisala0:
100 gram of milk contains less that 4 grams of protein
100 gram of groundnuts contain 26 grams of protein

Yet Nigerians spend hundreds of naira on milk in the mistaken belief that it is nutritious and good for their children

100 gram of egusi seeds contains over 30 grams of protein

In these hard times people need to educate themselves on food and what they should feed their children
Please do not believe all these figures i am giving here do your own research

It is a myth that groundnuts have anything to do with pimples. It is a very cheap source of protein and some people even use it to cook soups so think of ways you can make it attractive to your kids
Forget the idea that children need milk.
No one needs to drink the milk of another animal

Nicely put sir.

Your machines shouldn’t be around the sewage. It’s a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other disease causing pests and rodents.
