4 Amazing Ways Of Getting High-paying Clients As A Real Estate Agent by Dopaminergic(m): 3:01pm On Aug 11, 2021
Let's talk about how to get high-paying clients as a real estate agent.

One of the hot topics in the Real Estate Industry today is about how to get high-paying clients repeatedly without too much stress and waiting period.

But is it really stressful?

About a week ago I decided to nose-dive into the topic and this post is a summary of what you should know about frequently getting high-paying clients that goes ahead to beg you to take their money.

Here are the 4 amazing ways...

1) Work your sphere of influence:

This is one of the most cost-efficient and easiest way to get clients as a newbie Real estate agent. As a Realtor, you must never be shy.

You must be proactive. Your friends and family already knows you. So talk to them about your business . Ask them to always refer you when they're around their friends or go for their meetings as the case maybe.

Market yourself in PTAs, church/religious groups, other classes or associations you belong to. Don't assume they already know.

Most successful Realtors actually generate a substantial number of real estate leads through referrals from past real estate clients.

What am I trying to say? BUILD RELATIONSHIPS!

According to the National Association of Realtors, 66% of sellers and 41% of buyers found agent through referrals.

Another good tip is to give incentives to those that refer clients to you.

2) Real Estate Networking:

Learn to network with other real estate professionals e.g lenders, contractors, and other real estate agents( Be careful tho because some are snitches).

You should also know that this takes time and effort. One good way to do this is to have a business card.

You say you're a real estate agent and you don't have a business card? PATHETIC! Please get one today.

In addition, go to meetings, go to real estate investors meetups , meet people!

Don't tell them what you do. No one cares. Ask them questions about themselves. People love to talk about themselves alot. So listen.

When you listen, pick things they say that will help you ask them questions to keep the conversation going.

Continuously put yourself in front of people.

3) Create A Professional Website:

Most home and land buyers begin their search online according to research. This makes the internet one of the best ways to get leads.

But ensure you work with SEO expert to rank your website high in your target market.

4) Social Media:

I'm talking about Facebook, Twiiter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Use these mediums to tell people what you do.

Don't always sound salesy...everytime...buy, buy, buy.

Be different!

Interact with potential clients.

Post content that help people make good buying decisions.

Your social media content can be shared by people to get even more real estate clients. Provide value as well to the community.

Paid advertising like Facebook and YouTube ads is another wonderful and excellent way to target a specific group of people through real estate marketing.

This is the method a friend of mine is using to get tons of clients to his way. But...

Be very careful. It is very easy to loose money if you don't conduct a good marketing research.

Here's the bottom line...
You've to know how to get clients in real estate for you to thrive.

You must spend time to generating and nurturing real estate leads. Build relationships. Call them or text them once a while after doing business with them.

Again...BUILD RELATIONSHIPS!

okay that's it. I hope this article helps.
