How To Operate USA PayPal Account Without Limitations by paddyDIGITAL(m): 11:38am On Aug 15, 2021
PayPal limits and bans accounts with suspicious or high-risk activities to prevent losses, by using robots that are trained to identify those activities. The suspicious activities being done; robot picks up signals and triggers limitations. PayPal then asks for additional information where PayPal employee reviews the information to either reinstate the account or permanently limit it.

Here is the good thing about PayPal robots - they are very predictable. If you can learn the actions or activities that trigger PayPal limitations and ban, you can avoid them like land mines. Take note of the following actions and activities:

~ VPN:
How frequently do you read user's policies on the sites you register with? Many location-based accounts like PayPal regularly ban accounts that use VPN. This is because VPN has leakage and user's location can be traced through the service provider which can be forced to reveal the actual IP of any user.

Solution:
RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) has a static IP address, and your location outside the USA is untraceable. With the RDP, you will be assumed to be in the actual location, with the USA IP address. Do not use a free VPN to operate your US PayPal account to avoid limitations , instead, use the RDP, or a Premium VPN with dedicated IP address.

~ Starting Too Soon:
Yes, it is really hard to wait before you can use a new service you registered for. You can begin to receive funds below $100 in the first 14 days. We advise you to wait at least 30 days before you begin to receive huge funds transfers to your new PayPal account to avoid limitations. Since many Internet frauds happen within the thirty-day period of creating a new PayPal account, the company will closely monitor all activities on new accounts.

~ PayPal Checkout:
PayPal Checkout is available to any merchant sites that choose PayPal as payment option, and any customer with a PayPal account can use Checkout for their purchases. If you checkout for purchase or payment on such sites, and login your US PayPal account while your location is outside the USA, PayPal will limit or freeze your account.

Solution:
Always use the RDP to login your merchant sites to checkout to pay through your US PayPal account.

~ Confirmation/Verification Messages:
PayPal sends messages to account emails for verification purposes, or to confirm certain transactions on the account. This can lead to account limitation if not properly handled.

Solution:
Remember to turn on your RDP service before you click any link sent to your mailbox, or other media for PayPal activity verification or confirmation. Note: You can bookmark all the sites and services that connect to your US PayPal account on the same browser using the RDP service.

~ Website Ownership:
If you have had a PayPal attached to your website before and it got limited, PayPal then blacklists your domain name from ever using PayPal again. So if you try to attach a new PayPal account directly to your site, you'll get banned again.

Solution:
If you use a third-party
checkout tool that uses PayPal, you'll be able to accept PayPal payment without fear of being limited. Another thing that you can use is hosting the checkout on a different domain name so that PayPal doesn't see it.

~ eBay Transactions:
Since eBay and PayPal are owned by the same company, their accounts are also connected. PayPal works hand to hand with eBay as a payment solution. If you’re a seller or a buyer on eBay and using PayPal as your payment solution, be careful with the payments. A wrong move on eBay may cause a limitation on PayPal; it’s true for both buyers and sellers. Too many bad reviews or chargebacks may trigger PayPal account limitations. Also if eBay flagged your debit, credit or prepaid cards, linking such cards to PayPal accounts can lead to account ban.

Solution:
Do not link any debit, credit or prepaid card in dispute on eBay to a PayPal account. Avoid chargebacks and keep all transactions legit.

~ Contact With A Banned PayPal Accounts:
Accounts that are already limited on PayPal are in grave danger of losing the account forever, and it’s also risky to contact them.

Solution:
If you have another Paypal account that PayPal has limited, don’t keep any contact with that. If you contact a limited PayPal account or send money to it, PayPal may limit your account as well.
Account Login From Different Devices

Account Login With Different Devices:
Logging in your PayPal account with different devices, locations and IP addresses within a short period of time looks suspicious, and can lead to account temporary limitation. This could happen when you ask another person to log in with a different device to check your account or make transactions on your behalf.

Solution:
Avoid this practice at all costs. However, if it is really necessary, let there be an interval of 24 - 48 hours to do that.

~ Multiple PayPal Accounts:
PayPal has a tight policy of creating multiple accounts, especially if one of them gets limited. By the Terms of Service of the company, you can have one personal and one business account. If you create, for example, a personal account, it ends up getting limited, and if you register for another personal account at the firm, it will likely get limited as well.

Solution:
Avoid multiple accounts; only maintain one PayPal personal account, and one business account. If you have a PayPal Business Account, and you open another business account, delete your debit or credit card from the former and close the account before linking the debit or credit card to the new PayPal Business account. Same goes with your PayPal Personal account.

~ Inactive PayPal Account:
As an extra security measure, PayPal may also limit your PayPal account if you haven’t used it much since you signed up. To restore access to your account, you will be asked to provide a Proof of Identity (such as a copy of your driver's license, national ID card or passport).

Solution:
Keep your PayPal account active by carrying out simple transactions every now and then.

~ Debit/Credit/Prepaid Cards Issues:
PayPal can limit your account if your bank informs PayPal that someone may have used your card/bank without your consent. PayPal can also limit your new account if you linked your bank details or bank cards that were flagged on your old limited PayPal account or eBay.

Solution:
Do not link your bank details or card if such were linked to your old limited PayPal account, or had a dispute on eBay. To link your card to your PayPal account, the billing address on your card statement must match the address on your PayPal account.

~ Moving Money Too Fast:
Let's say that you received $200. Then five minutes later you try sending out $50 to someone else or try to buy something with it. Your account gets limited. In PayPal's eyes, it looks suspicious, so they limit your account and stop you dead in the tracks.

Solution:
After opening and verifying your PayPal account, you should keep it low while sending money, receiving, or withdrawing. When you spend more time with your account and have smaller transactions, you can gradually go higher. When you receive money in your PayPal account, let it sit in there for 2-3 days before you try spending it, withdrawing it, or doing anything with your money.

~ Taking In Too Much Funds:
If you do not have an established history of receiving large amounts of
money, and suddenly you start to receive hundreds of dollars at once, it looks pretty suspicious. PayPal will limit your account and ask you for personal details before lifting the restriction. Most new users open an account, start significant transactions without waiting, and end up with limitations.

Solution:
On a new PayPal account, start by receiving payments less than or around $100 and don't let the total balance on the account get above $500. If the money gets near $500, wait a couple of days and withdraw it or send it to another account. Of course, when your account gets older, you can start receiving larger amounts of money. However, if you need to receive more money than that, just use another PayPal accounts to break the funds up.

~ Spending Or Withdrawing Exact PayPal Fund:
Not leaving any balance in your PayPal account can lead to limitations. Let's just say you have $600 in your PayPal balance. If you completely withdraw $600, you may get limited. PayPal robots see this act as fraudulent.

Solution:
Always try to leave some balance in your PayPal account, at least 10% of the available fund.

~ Error Messages:
When you try to make payment, send out money, or withdraw funds from your PayPal account, and get this message: "Add funds In Your PayPal Before Sending Money", when you do have available balance, PayPal has this filter that prevents you from sending out money, especially in a relatively new account, because your account is under a soft review. Don't freak out, because chances are, if
you don't do anything else that is suspicious during this time, they will usually release the balance in a couple of days.

Solution:
When you get this message, don't try to send money out, or withdraw over and over again. Just leave the balance for a week and come back to retry the activities. In some instances, the error message could last up to 21 days. So retry the activities in a week's intervals. Most of the time, it's resolved after a couple of days.

~ Questionable Online Activities:
PayPal will limit your account for questionable transactions on the internet. Also using a separate PayPal account for fraudulent acts will affect other PayPal accounts you control. Using PayPal can be both a great experience and the worst if PayPal thinks you’re not trustworthy. It’s all about making your moves legit and giving PayPal no chance to become suspicious about you.

Solution:
Don’t make sudden massive changes in the account; don’t shift to high-end, high-risk items; take it slow. Make PayPal believe that you’re upgrading or upscaling, not making illegal or fraud money. Stay off cyber crime.

~ Dubious Source Of Funds:
Receiving stolen funds or other funds from questionable sources can expose your account to limitation. Solution:
Do not buy or receive funds from untrusted sources.

~ PayPal Temporal Hold:
If you receive funds from goods or services (GnS) into a new account, PayPal sees you as having no history of business transactions, therefore, it will temporarily hold the funds for a few days to make sure you deliver the goods to the buyer.

Solution:
The temporary hold is normal to every new PayPal account. The fund is released in 3 - 7 days if you fill and submit the shipping info form, otherwise it will be released in 14 - 21 days if the buyer did not complain. But all in all, once you start having a positive history of transactions, the temporary hold won't occur anymore.

~ Permanent Limitation:
Once PayPal places a permanent limitation on your accounts, there is nothing else to do than to wait for 180 days to get you funds out of the account. Thereafter, you can't use the account again.

Using PayPal can help you boost your business or make your transactions a lot smoother. When you’re abiding by PayPal’s user policies, you have no issues and good to go. However, if you break the law or conduct an illegal transaction, PayPal will indeed limit the account and hold the balance for 180 days, after which you will be allowed to withdraw your funds, and the account permanently banned.
