Although everybody has a share in d blame, the afghans have d most part in it; since they do not like d Taliban and them taking over their homes, what stops them from taking up arms and fighting back d Taliban advances even if they it takes them creating small militias and attacking some Taliban positions. Nigeria is a democratic country with ruthless army abusing civilians, that is why us refused to sell some kind of weapons to us.
