Also this message may appear if your blackberry is barred or blacklisted then you have to call your service provider, but i hope that's not the case.

what femi provided is your mep2 code as regards the information you supplied. However, if there's anything wrong its should be from what you provided or you're not asking rightly. Check you still have attempts left and also if what you need is mep4.
