1. Taliban made their money for the past 30 yrs from opium and as the largest dealer of heroin, CIA is their biggest customer. CIA even had its own poppy field in Afganistan and the bodies and coffins of the soldiers were used to transport the drugs.

2. Unlike Alqaeda and ISIS that were created by western world, Taliban is a homegrown fighters of Pashtun tribe, they are the largest tribe who feel marginalized. They didn't take part in 911 but were attacked because Alqada ran over there.

8. Democrats gave in to China to move the military first. China wants to take their turn in Afganistan for the 3 trillion deposits of gold copper and of course drugs.
